Manifesto

ROCKMILK is built on data analysis to read society and culture, AI to scale the operation, and human creation at the center of every decision.

Founded by Eduardo Marques, a 31-year advertising veteran with 13 years of international career, the company combines cultural listening, AP EXATA's data intelligence, and senior human judgment to identify and solve communication, marketing, and innovation problems before the market sees them.

Bring us the problem that refuses to move.

Proof of Taste

Breakthrough work, already in the pattern.

Work that finds a hidden tension, creates memory, and earns cultural relevance: the same pattern Fresh Problem Mining formalizes today.

Work led by Eduardo Marques as Chief Creative Officer or Executive Creative Director over a 31-year career. This is the founder’s body of work, not a ROCKMILK client roster. What carries over is the pattern, and the judgment that found it.

Proof of Taste is the founder's career. This is the system itself, live on ROCKMILK's first client.

01

Tupi's brand was absorbing blame it didn't own.

EV drivers using Tupi's app assumed a failed charger or a failed payment was Tupi's fault. Usually it wasn't: that responsibility sits with whoever operates the charger or processes the transaction.

02

Fresh Problem Mining found where that blame was heading.

Social listening surfaced the tension directly from the EV community. Fresh Problem Mining flagged it as a problem still arriving, not yet obvious enough for anyone else to act on.

03

Senior judgment picked the fix that solved it for good.

Not the fastest response, the one that solved several problems at once: Tupi SOS Charge.

04

An SOS button, powered by the EV community itself.

Drivers share power car-to-car using V2V, technology already built into most EVs sold in Brazil. Tupi stops being the brand blamed for failures and becomes the platform that put the community's own fix in their hands.

What We Do

Four differentiators that break from the traditional model.

01 · Find

Fresh Problem Diagnostic

We identify the business problem behind the brief and define the creative opportunity worth pursuing.

03 · Transform

AI Operating Model

Redesign how marketing gets done when intelligence becomes abundant. We define what humans should own, what agents should run, and what should be fully automated.

04 · Create

Creative Intelligence Projects

We turn the diagnosis into a strategy, idea or creative system, assembling the right specialists for the problem.

01 · Strategic DNA

Fresh Problem Mining

Most brands are still solving yesterday’s problems better. We look for the problems that didn’t exist yesterday.

Fresh Problem Mining is our strategic discipline for identifying emerging tensions created by technology, culture, behavior, and systems change, before they become obvious, crowded, or commoditized.

Because the most valuable ideas rarely answer the question everyone is asking. They answer the question nobody has noticed yet.

Before any campaign, any platform, any piece of creative work, we diagnose the invisible bottlenecks quietly eating into your growth and your EBITDA. We don’t take orders. We define the real problem.

FreshObvious · Crowded · CommoditizedMarket CrowdingTime
A Fresh Problem usually has four signals
We don’t start with

“How do we sell more?”

We start with

“What changed in the world that nobody is solving yet?”

“We are not order takers. We identify the real business problem you don’t know you have.”

Fresh problems create categories with no incumbent yet.

The Two-Audience Problem

Marketing no longer has one audience. It has two: the humans who decide what they remember, and the models that decide what they surface.

02 · The Architecture

The Operational Model.

“Small senior core. Agentic infrastructure. Specialist collective.”

When execution becomes cheap, differentiated strategic creativity becomes exponentially more valuable, and billing for hours and deliverables stops making economic sense. That single shift is why ROCKMILK does not look like a traditional agency. A senior human nucleus sets the judgment the machine cannot replicate. An invisible operations engine absorbs the production the market no longer pays a premium for. A specialist pod collective assembles around the specific problem instead of sitting idle inside a generalist retainer. The result is not a leaner version of the old model. It is a different model, built for what actually creates value now.

“It’s no longer what can you afford to hire us to do. It’s: here’s everything this can do for you. What do you want to invest in?”

This is not just how ROCKMILK works. It's what the AI Operating Model rebuilds for you.

Maestro Core

The Judgment Layer

Senior human judgment and an exceptional ‘taste’: the curation that decides what matters before any execution begins. The human orchestrates the system on five fronts the machine cannot replace:

  • Intent Definition: the why and the what, among infinite possible actions
  • Context Curation: the cultural repertoire and social capital that steer the machine's precision
  • Quality Judgment: the final filter between a functional delivery and a high-impact solution
  • Empathy Management: the market ‘feeling’ that AI, by definition, does not possess
  • Governance & Review: defines who approves before any agent output reaches the client

The Specialist Layer
Efficiency by layer

Base of the operation: Agentic AI running on interoperability protocols like MCP (Model Context Protocol), the layer that lets AI act on external systems autonomously, transacting between the model and operational reality.

No hourly billing. Compensation tied to business outcome.

I spent 31 years selling hours. Now I sell the judgment AI can't replace. Execution approaches zero cost, billable hours and bloated pyramids are obsolete, and taste and strategic empathy have become the ultimate luxury goods.
